■ ■ THAMES CLUB. The Thames Cycling Club held a 21-mile race on Saturday over the Thamcs-Kopu circuit, a light breeze slightly assisting on the outward journey. Result: —It. *fc. Burr 3.30, 1 ; W. Burr 2.0. and T. Jensen 3.30 (dead heat) 2. S. West, from scratch, put up the fastest time of 57.21. Next Saturday a time trial over IS miles will be held, the riders beiiiß dispatched at one-minute intervals. Sealed handicap will be disclosed at the conclusion of the event.
