RUGBY TRANSFER.
ROBINS FOR NORTHLAND. C. E. Robins, the Marist and Wellington representative back, has been transferred to the Public Works Department at Whangarei, and has already passed through Auckland en route to his new headquarters. This is a disappointment to Marists here, as the club expected to have him out as second five-eighth against Otahuhu on Saturday week.
Robins played wing three-quarter in 1933, when Wellington beat Auckland at Eden Park in the jubilee match, 37 —9.
