INCREASE IN PRODUCTION. HOME CONSUMPTION LOWER. Increases in butter and cheese production in New South Wales were reported to the dairy factoi-y managers' confevence held in Svdney last week. In his-review oi the season. Mr. L. T. Mclnnee, director of dairying, said that in the period from 1928-29 to 1934-35 factory butter output had increased, from' 41,000 tons to 67.000 tons, and the surplus for export from 7000 tone to. 30,01/3 tons. Meantime the average yield per cow recorded has advanced from 130.41b butterfat to 1891b.
