BIBLE CLASS CONFERENCE
The South Auckland Presbyterian Bible Class members held a field day at Papakura yesterday. There were representatives present from Manurewa, Papatoetoe, Ardmore, Clevedon, Drury, Tuakau, Pukekohe, Waiuku, Maukuo, Onewhero and Papakura. The inside sessions were presided over by Rev. D. M. Cattanach, while Rev. T. H. Roseveare addressed the morning gathering, and Rev. Ferguson Fish spoke at night. The annual eports meeting was held on Prince Edward Park during the afternoon. The district sports shield was won by Papakura with 18 points, and Pukekohe came second with 11 points.
