LONDON, June 2. On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee the King has approved of six Regiments in various Dominions enjoying the distinction of the word "royal." They include the Australian Ist Light Horse Regiment, which in future will be designated the Royal New South Wales Lancers, and the oth Battalion, which will be designated the Royal Melbourne Regiment. A similar honour is conferred upon two Canadian and two South African Regiments.
