The world's highest waterfall is the Kaiteur Fall, cn the Potato River, in British Guiana. Under normal conditions the water drops 870 ft, In the rainy season, when the river is swollen, the actual drop is well over 900 ft. The Macusi Indians regard the fall as a gpd.They worship it and will not go near it after dark. Incidentally, there is enough power lh the fall to provide electricity for a city of the size of London.
