YOUTHFUL CRIMINALS.
BERLTN, March 28. The number of youthful offenders in Germany has decreased considerably, according to the Journal of German Phvsiciuns. Whereas in the years 1931 and 1932 a total of 4923 cases and 4584 cases came up before the Youth Criminal courts, these figures were reduced to 1380 cases for the first six months in 1934.
