BRUSSELS, April 28. The Kin" of the Belgians opened the international exhibition in Brussels yesterday It is notable for its artistic buildings. Almost every European country is represented. The British pavilion is one of the most attractive. In it is displayed a olass flcbe, GOft .in circumference, showFn" the British Empire. Interior lighting produces an effect of night and day as" the globe slowly rotates, synchronising with the actual time.
