WRESTLING.
TO-NIGHT AT TOWN HALL. The Auckland wrestling season will be opened to-night with a professional bout between Sam Burmister, who recently contested the Empire championship with George Walker, and Cy. Williams, a recent arrival from America, who has a good record.
The following amateur bouts have been arranged:—T. Eraser (Leys), 9.3, v. G. Wall (Bay view), 9.5; W. Hankiu (Grafton), 11.4, v. B. Tupp (Ley 6), 11.0; P. Murphy (Community Sunshine), 10.0, v. E. Ivey (Bayview), 10.5; J. Mac Donald (Broadway), 11.2, v. R. Waugh (Community Sunshine), 11.9. Emergency bout: W. Dawson (Grafton), 9.4, v. B. Vendt (Bayview), 9.9.
