FEARS ALLAYED.
ITALO-ABYSSINIA DISPUTE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) GENEVA, March 22. Fears that a new frontier incident in which Abyssinian raiders carried off 100 camels from Italian territory might lead to further tension, were removed by the conciliatory Italian Note agreeing to arbitration.
