(By Shirley Stewart, Meull Street, KMtes* I can hear it on the house-tops, that pefrtering soft sound, Tis the spirits of all dancers that ftx* swirling round and round. t I can hear their swishing dresses as Hbefi smoothly, swiftly move, And their lightly tapping feet ae thejj dance in every groove. Perhaps it is a Grecian maid, ker Jang robes softly flapping, Perhaps a native maiden, -with her Sstxpo quickly tapping; When you hear the soft rain patting, as& the night wind's gentle sough, Who knows? It may be Pavlova wboW dancing on your roof.
