AIR MAIL LATE.
DELAYED BY HEAVY STORMS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this clay. The postal authorities have been advised that the incoming English air mail was 48 hours behind schedule time on leaving Batavia. The delay was due to storm conditions over India. Bad weather also prevails over the Timor Sea. The mail was due at Darwin yesterdav.
