LONG SUIT FAILS.

Mr. William Fox's long legal light to regain his once dominant position in the motion picture industry failed yesterday when the Supreme Court ruled that the basic patents he held over the so-called "triergon sound process of recording" were invalid as every major film producer uses the process.
Success in the action would have brought Mr. Fox upwards of 100,000,000 dollars back in royalties from the various producers he sued. ___, ..._
