AUCKLAND RACING CLUB.
The committee of the Auckland RacingClub has decided to amend the conditions of the Xelson Handicap, one mile, to be run at their autumn meeting. Last year it was for horaes that had not won a flat race of the value of £100 to the winner, or flat races of the collective value of £400. These amounts have now been altered to £230 and £500 respectively, thus restoring the previous hack condition. ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS. MAC (Taumarunui). — 10/. J.T. (New Lynn).—£7 4/, £2 5/.
