In the matter of the Trustee Act, 1908, Section 74, and In the matter of the Estate of GEORGE WILLIAM POWLESLAND, late of Devonport, near Auckland, in New Zealand, Retired Farmer, deceased. Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on he 19th day of February, 1935. notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named George William Powlesland, who died on the 30th day of July, 1934, and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 11th day of September, 1934, are hereby required to send in their claims, together with written particulars thereof, to his Executors, JOHN MAURICE LORD and ROY WILFRED LORD, at the offices of their Solicitors, MESSIEURS HOLLOWAY AND HUBAND, Endean'f Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auckland, on or before the 31st day of MARCH, 1935. Notice is hereby further given by the Executors that after the said 31st day of March, 1935, the Executors propose to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the Executors have then notice, and, iu such event, pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act, 190S, the Executors, having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order, will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executors had no notice at the time i of the distribution of the said assets.
