N. CANTERBURY PROPOSAL
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORS. (By Telegraph. —Press Asscciftion.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The following resolution concerning the Mortgage Corporation Bill was carried'at a° meeting of the North Canterbury branch of the Farmers' Union: — "We strongly support the main principles of the Mortgage Corporation Bill, but we urge that provision be made for crediting to borrowers individually amounts contributed by them to the reserve fund, preferably by the allocation of shares to the value of the contribution, and that the board be rearranged so that individual contributors to the reserve fund be given representation." . ...•—-
