m i DOUBLE FATALITY SEQUEL. (I3y Telegraph.—Press Association.) NELSON, this day. As a sequel to the Hope Saddle motor fatality on December 2">, when two lives were lost, the driver of the car, Leslie Stewart, vrae charged to-day with negligent driving. He pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial. The fatality occurred at 5 a.m., a scr- j vice car running off the road. Miss | Phyllis Kite and Mr. George McKay were killed, and three other occupants of the car, including the driver, were injured. »
