Stir In flaked contents of I Ib. tin salmon (or other fish—removing all bones). Sieve and stir in H lb « mashed potatoes. Add I oz. butter, salt, fine chopped parsley, one tablespoonful of Lea & Perrins' Sauce and mix well. If necessary add more milk.
