WHANGAREI'S N.Z. CREWS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. The Whangarei rowing- crews which will compete in the New Zealand championships at Auckland on Saturday will leave on Friday. It seems that Whangard may b" l'aced with some bad luck in regard to the heavv maiden entry, as Patterson has been indisposed for the past few days, and it is not yet known whether he will bo able to row. So far, no one has been selected, as it is hoped that Patterson will be able to accompany the crew. Crews selected :— Heavy Maidens. —Gardner (stroke), Patterson, Blndon, Storey Youths' Fours. —F. Hollows (stroke), L. Lovatt, R. Arvison, I. McKae. Light-weight Maidens. — R. Church (stroke), L. Stewart, 11. McMasters, J. Kissen.
