Tim 10 per cent penalty has now been imposed on unpaid Northcote rules for the current yenr. A smaller percentage lias been received compared with the previous year. Of the total of £10,633 levied, £7507 was received, leaving f.'iOOl) outstanding. The bank overdraft is £804.
