EMPIRE CONFERENCE.
PARLIAMENTARY INTERESTS. N.Z. KEPRESENTATIVES. (By Teligraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Three of the four representatives of the New Zealand branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association to attend the conference to be held in London this year have now been selected. The Hon. Mark Kagan, M.L.C., was elected last week to represent tho Legislative Council, and this morning Mr. 11. CJ. Dickie (Government, Patoa) was elected to represent the Government party nun Mr. P. Fraser (Labour, Wellington Central) was unanimously selected a.s r the Labour party's representative. The fourth representative will be chosen to-night at a meeting of the New Zealand branch to be held at Parliament Buildings.
