STRANGE WEATHER.

COOL IN FEBRUARY. BELOW 50DEG. YESTERDAY. RAINFALL TOTAL MOUNTS. Yesterday was the coldest day this year, the minimum temperature recorded at Albert Park being 49 degrees Fahrenheit.
