CYCLING.
WESTERN SPRINGS TO-MORROW. The Auckland provincial cycling championships, which have twice* been postponed, will bo decided to-morrow night at Western Springe Stadium. The Auckland Athletic Club is putting oil a programme of running in conjunction with the Cycling Centre's events.
