CONTROL OF IMPORTS
ITALY'S EXCHANGE MOVE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) HOME, February 19. Supplementing the Government's measures to maintain exchange it has issued a decree controlling imports. All the goods affected are not specified at present but they will be those not strictly necessary. The decree also foreshadows trade agreements. It is understood that the imports decree covers -t'ool and cotton.
