In the Police Court this morning Arani Tuhi, alias Frank Wereta, was charged with the theft of £35 10/ In money, the property of Niheta Pirinana, of Ngapuki. a settlement in the P.unga Punga Valley, about 10 miles from Taumaruniii.
On the application of Sergeant C. Harvey accused was remanded to appear before a magifitrate on Thursday.
