There was a good attendance and the track was excellent. The totalisator handled £3813, compared with £2981 for the same day last year. Additional results :— Wairoa Carnival Hack, of £45, and a trophy valued at £5; seven furlongs.—l Foreign Money, 9.2, 1; 2 Jazz King, 8.1, 2 ; Unexpected, 7.2, 3. All started.
