MEMBERS ON TOUR
DUE AT AUCKLAND TO-DAY.
In {lie course of an inspection of New Zealand's highway system, members of the Main Highways Board are expected to arrive at Auckland late t'.iis afternoon. ,
The party left Wellington oil Thursday for Wanganui, and yesterday visited Kaetilii and -To Awanmtu. On their way to Auckland to-day they travelled through the Waikato. Tomorrow tliev will visit Wailieke Island, and oil -Monday will receive a number of deputations. The party will leave Auckland on Tuesday for Dargaville, via Helensville, Wellsford and Paparoa. On Wednesday they will visit Rawene, Koliukoliu, Jlangamiika and Kaitaia, and on Thursday they will lie at .Mangonui, Wliangaroa, Kaeo, Waiinate North, Kaikolie, lvawakawa and Whangarei. On their return trip to Auckland on Friday tlicv will travel via Warkwortli.
The board will inspect roads in the Waiuku, Pukckolie, Tuakatt, I'okeno, I'apakura, Clevedon, .Maraetai, Whitford and Howiek districts oil Saturday, and on the following day the board will motor to Kaplan and tlience to Hamilton, where they will join the Limited express for Wellington.
