DOCTORS,
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.
BERLIN, December 16.
German panel doctors lienceforth may not spend their vacations abroad or visit in foreign countries without the special permission of the* chief of their guild, Dr. Grothe. Germans can travel abroad only it the trip is desired by the Government, since any person leaving Germany can take along only 10/. Special money permits are granted to Germans going to Switzerland, Italy, or Yugoslavia, but panel doctors, according to Dr. Grothe, may not even avail themselves of this opportunity. Dr. Grothe also, warns his colleagues that they must leave their exact address in his care, and that they, unde. no conditions, will be granted extensions to their travelling permits.
