AUCKLAND CLUB.

Beautiful weather favoured the Auckland Cycle Club for its meeting at the l'apatoetoo Stadium banked track on Saturday. Events for juniors, seniors and ladies were held, there being 20 riders competing. Results: — Two Laps (junior).—First heat: E. Redfern, 40yds, 1; J. Macdonald, 10yds, 2. Time, 42 2-ss. Second heat: D. Moxou, 50yds, 1 ; T. Hedlund, 20yds, 2. Time, 42b. Pinal: D. Moxon 1, T. Hedlund 2, E. Redfern 3. Time, 41 4-os. The winner held on long enough to score by a length, inches between the others.

Two Laps (senior, one-third of a mile). — First heat: C. Raflerty, 00yds, 1; W. Archer, 45yds, 2. Time,, 39 2-ss. Second heat: G. Harvey, 15yds, 1; A. Brass, 30vds, 2. Time, 40 3-ss. Final: C. Itafforty 1, G. Harvey 2, W. Archer 3. Time, 30 3-ss. The winner was always going well and although Harvey came up fast in the straight he won by a clear length, a length and a half between second and third. Half-mile (ladies). —Miss N. Elwin, 25 vds, 1; Mrs. E. Harrison, lßyds, 2; Miss E. Pile, scr, 3. Time, 1.18 4-5. The winner went away from the field in the last lap to score comfortably. One Mile (junior).—L. Mitchell, 75yds, 1; T. Hedlund, 75yds, 2, L. Craddock, 00vds, 3; E. Redfern, 120 yds, 4. Time, 2.15 3-5. The best finish of the day, the winner going to the front at the bell and stalling off several challenges from a bunched field, to win by three-quarters of a length, half a length between second and third. „ _ One Mile and a Half (ladies) —Mrs. E. Harrison. 30yds, 1; Miss F. Westbury, 110 yds. 2 : Miss E. Pile, scr, 3. Time, 4.0 '4-5. The winner rode away from the rest in'the closing stages to win easily. One Mile (senior) .-iS. Sargent, lTOyds, 1; C. Itafferty. 145 yds, 2: L. Pinfold, 170 yds, 3; C. Johnson, 50yds. 4. Time, 2.7. The front-markers clapped on the pace from the gun and gave the back men no Chance of getting up. A good finish saw Sargent win by half a length, same between second and third.

LYNNDALE CLUB,

Tho LynndniD Amateur Cycle Club held another successful points meeting before n large, attendance of spectators. Times I were slow owing to the condition of the I track, and quite a strong wind in the hack straisfit. The senior points cup was won bv G; Cummings, who thoroughly "deserved his win. In the Junior event K. Dowsing collected the points cup. The junior three-mile resulted in an easy win for It. Kircher, whilst the backmarkers lapped it out together, recording the time of S.lO 1-5. Results: — Half-mile, Senior—O. Cummings (75yds) 1, W. Kircher (75yds) 2, B. Munus (90 yds) 3. Time, 1.7 1-5. One Mile, Senior.—E. L. G. Hughes (scr) 1, G. Cummings (150 yds) 2, W. Willis (70yds) 3. time 2.23 2-5. Three-mile, Senior.—G. dimming (430 yds) 1, W. Willis (200 yds) 2, C. Gooder (scr) 3. Time, 7.35. Half-mile, Junior.—R. Dowsing (10yds) 1, J. Hutton (scr) 2, K.
