TASMANIAN RIFLE WINNER. (Received 11 a.m.) HOBART, this day. For the second year in succession P. M. Gillies won the Kind's aggregate at. the Tasmanian Kiflc Association prize meeting. Gillies scored 2S-) points, followed by A. Hogg and XV. Stales, cacli with 2SI points.
