There are only three colours in the world —red, blue and yellow. A combination of the three will produce all the hues seen in Nature. A nettle stings because its hairs are filled with an acid which gets under our skin through the hole made by the point of the hair. Five shilling pieces, though never very popular, are still coined; last year the Mint turned out 2532 of these cumbersome coins.
