Morrinsville businesses which reopened on Thursday report exceptionally good business during Christmas Eve. In every ease the volume of shopping was greater than that, transacted last year, and in some cases there was a sharp rise in the Christmas week takings. The line weather which prompted people to visit the shops freely is considered to have been a factor, as well as the feeling of eonfidcnce noted throughout the country districts. ,
