TRAINS PROM AUCKLAND 6
From Thursday, December 20, to Monday, {January 7, except 011 Sundays and Christmas Day, the "paylignt Limited" will leave Auckland for \\ el-lino-ton daily. The departure time from Auckland will be S a.m., except 011 December 24, when the train will leave at 6.55 a.m., and will be delayed about, an hour between Auckland and Frankton, to allow the Royal train, carrying the Duke of Gloucester, to pass. Jjrom Frankton south it will run to the ordinary time-table. The daylight limited will leave Wellington at 7.53 a.m.
Additional trains from Auckland for the north will be run as follows: Saturday, December 22, 8.0 a.m., to Wliangarei; Monday, Decembei > •; a.m. to Opua, 1.5 p.m. to Wliangarei, 10.20 p.m. to Opua. For Rotorua and Tauranga trains will leave Auckland at 3.15 p.m. and 10.1 a p.m. on Monday, December 24. On December 20, 21, 23, 27 and 30, and January 1, 3, 4 and 0, a social express train will leave Auckland at 7.18 p.m. for Taumaruuui with tin ouli cars for New Plymouth attached. On these dates New Plymouth service will not run attached to the 1 p.m. AucklandWellington Limited express. On dav, December 22, through cars for Aew Plymouth will be attached to express leaving Auckland at lA p. • for Wellington, and will be translated at Taumarmiui the following mon.in f to a special express train for -Ne*v lt>moutlif On Monday, December 24, a special express will leave Auck.and a--10 p.m. for New Plymouth. On luesday, December 25, through cars for IxeA Plymouth will be attached to the < p.m. Auckland-Wellington Limited express from Auckland as usual.
