JUNIOR, CLERK APPOINTED,

THAMES, Wednesday
The advisory committee of Thames borough met last evening, Mr. B.' Ensor, Mayor, presiding. Three applications were received for the position of junior clerk. Mr. D. Elisor was appointed. The Public Service Tennis Club applied for permission to use the public courts on Sundays. After consideration the matter was referred to the parks committee with power to act.
