At a meeting of the Waihi Borough Council last, evening wa? given to show pictures at Waihi and Waihi Beach on Christinas Dav subject to the programme being approved bv the Mavor. Mr. C. Copestake was appointed to fill the vacancy on the Hospital Board, .-aused by the death of Colonel Viss V. Pipe was appointed attendant at the Waihi Beach tennis courts.
