All Milk Vendors claiming to be entitle! to have their names included in the Electors' Roll for Milk Vendors of tlie Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council are requested to make apnlication therefore in writing addressed to the Secretary of the said Council, York Chambers. Victoria Street East, Auckland, C.1., and delivered at such address not later than the sth dav of December, 193-4. NOTE— (a) Only Milk Vendors selling milk by retail within the Milk District are entitled to be enrolled. All Dairymen claiming to be entitled to have their names included in the Electors' Roll for Dairymen of the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council are requested to make application therefor in writing addressed to the Secretary of the said Council, York Chambers, Victoria Street East, A-ckland. C.l, ana delivered at sucli. address not later than the sth da 3* of December, 1934. To (liable the Council to determine if the applicant its entitled to be so enrolled, and, if so, how many votes he is entitled to exercise, the following information must be furnished to the Council by each applicant with his application :—

(a) His average daily production of milk during the months of June, Jul v. and August last (1934). (b) The average daily amount of his milk produced in the said months that _ was purchased from him for sale In the Milk District or was sold by him in the Milk District, and, in either case, by whom it was purchased. (c) Clear details of the situation of th* farm on which such milk was pro- ' sijins. if possible, with other details, Section and Elock Numbers of the farm, names of boundary roads, distance from nearest Post Omce or Railway Station, naming same. These details must be. sutlicient to acquaint the Council with the exact locality of the farm, so as to enable it to determine the distance of the farm in a straight line , fll from the Chief Post Office, Auckland. (d) If the Dairyman is also a MilkVendor he must state whether lie desires to be included in the roll of Dairymen or the roll of Milk Vendors NOTE—
