JT.Z.'S FAVOURABUE BALANCE. Xew Zealand's exports to Germany for the twelve months ended June 30 ? last were valued at £941,500, as compared with £369,129 for the previous production year. On the import side Xew Zealand bought from Germany in the twelve months ended June 30, 1934, goods to the value of £377,737, which was about £8000 more than in the previous year. The Argentine wool clip for the 193283 season was the heaviest for many years, and a total of 405,431 bales was exported. Of the Continental countries, France was in the lead with 85,689 bales, and Germany second with 54,651 bales. Germany's share in 1931-32 was 45,082 bales, in 1930-31 75,888, and in 1929-30 72,879.
