VAUDEVILLE SEASON.
TO-DAY AT HIS MAJESTY'S. With matinee and evening performances, Mr. Stanley McKay's Australian vaudeville company, "The Gaieties of 1934," is presenting itself to Aucklanders for the first time to-day, the season commencing at His Majesty's Theatre with a show entitled "Hullo, Auckland.'" Many talented artists who have enjoyed no small degree of success in the Commonwealth recently, in addition to numerous specialty acts of a distinctly novel nature are to be found in the company. The initial production appears to be a thoroughly -enjoyable , event, the programme having every semblance of the type of vaudeville entertainment which has proven itself so popular with local playgoers in the past. Details are advertised.
