HINTS ABOUT DAHLIAS.
The eites for daJilias should he prepared in advance of planting. Unless the ground has been previously trenched,
holes three feet square and deep should be taken out. The soil removed is placed in a heap on one side, and mixed with a liberal quantity of manure, after which the mixture is used for refilling the holes.
