FRENCH RADICALS.
Decision Not to Declare War on M. Doumergue. COMPROMISE SOUGHT. (Received 11.30 a.m.) NANTES, October 28. The Radical Conference has decided not to declare war on M. Doumergue, Prime Minister, and to disrupt the party truce, but to oppose M. Doumergue's plan to introduce the dissolution of Parliament. They gave a mandate to the Radical members of the Cabinet to negotiate a. compromise.
