MOTORIST DISCHARGED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNE DIN", Thursday. A verdict of not guilty was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court to-day in connection with the charge against John Ainslie Sparrow of negligently driving a motor car, thereby causing the death of Thomas Albert Can*. Accused was discharged.
