FORBURY PARK CLUB.
BETTING AT SPRING MEETING. (J?y Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. The Forbury Park Trotting Club has decided to adopt the single pool system of betting at its spring meeting on tho basis of 70 per cent to the first horse, '20 per cent to the second, and 10 per cent to the third horse.
