WAIKATO INSTITUTE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) CAMBRIDGE, Thursday. The annual meeting and dinner of the Waikato branch of the Real Estate' Institute of Xew Zealand was held hi Cambridge last evening. Among those present were: Mr. A'. N de L. Willis, of Cambridge, chairman' Mr. Geo. Calvert, deputy-Mayor; Mr State Bennett, president of the Dominion Institute; Mr. W. J. A. Thorapsou Dominion secretary: Mr. 11. E. Vailc, pre! sident of the Auckland Institute; Mr. E, J. Davcy, Waikato secretary; Mr. Noel S. Johnson, solicitor to the institute; ilr. T. N. Small wood, manager of the Auckland Savings Bank: and Commander R, W. Moorhouse, R.X.R. There -were many Hamilton members present and others from as far away as Whakatanc. _ The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr. F. J. Marfell (Hamilton); local committee.
