REFUSED TO RETURN.
ORDER BY DIVORCE COURT,
"One day when.l was at work my husband rang me up and said he had packed my things. At that time he was unable to keep me, and lie said it would be best to part," said Kathleen Edith King (Mr. T. Henry) in the Supreme Court this morning, wlien petitioning for an order for restitution of conjugal rights against her husband, Henry Reginald King. Petitioner said she was married to respondent in 192G, and there were no children of the marriage. Since her husband left her in 1932 she had on several occasions asked him to return to her, but he had always refused.
Mr. Justice Reed made an order for respondent to return within 14 days.
