JUDGE DISMISSES APPEAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. L" The appeal ol Gorman Eric Walker, marine engineer, from a decision of Mr. W "F. Stilwell, S.M., cancelling a separation order made in September, 1931, was dismissed by Mr. Justice Ostler in thc Supremo Court to-day, his Honor holding that all the evidence, including letters, showed that there had .been a reconciliation since then. . .
