ONE THEATRE FOR 1,300,000 PEOPLE.

MEXICO CITY, August 22. I A world capital with but one theatre is the status that Mexico City will attain this autumn. Of these six, five are now being prepared for "talkies." The lone remaining theatre has but a small following, as it specialises in non-musical comedies and farces.
