CANTERBURY PARK MEETING.! GOLDEN wings beaten in STAKES. j SYDNEY, September 13. Scratching? totalling approximately 40 per cent of the acceptors resulted in small fields at the twice-postponed Canterbury Park races, held to-day. The Canterbury Stakes was won by the Queensland gelding Lough Neagh, with the New Zealander Golden Wings second and Whittingham third. Golden Wings led to the straight entrance, where he ■was tackled by Lough Neagh, who went on to score nicely. Martian Chief ran second in the Campsie Handicap, in which there were seven runners.
