TAYLOR BEATS RANDRUP. The final game in the first round of the Auckland provincial amateur billiards championship for the Billiards, Limited, Shield was played on Saturday evening at the showrooms of Messrs. Billiards, Ltd. The contestants were H. A. Randrup and F-; Taylor, the latter winning 500—443. '• M. D.-White, the holder of the shield, will play L. A. Burke this evening.
