CAR ON ROCKS.
* i CRASH AT DAY'S BAY. DRIVER SERIOUSLY* INJURED. THREE OTHERS ESCAPE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Four persons were injured, one seriously, when a motor car left tlie road and went on the rocks at Day's Bay at 0.30 last night. The injured persons were: — Mr. Reynolds, driver, an engineer on the steamer Holniglen, severe "lacerated wounds on the top lip, injuries to the head and both arms, which became paralysed. _ Mr. W. McGregor, motor mechanic, injuries to the right arm. Miss A. Anderson,' tailoress, facial injuries. Miss P. Bradley, shop assistant, scalp wounds and shock. All were removed to hospital, but Mr. McGregor and Misses Bradley And Anderson were able to return to their homes. Mr. Reynolds is reported to be progressing favourably.
