GOING TO GENEVA.
De Valera Will Meet Empire
Delegations.
CHANCE FOR DISCUSSIONS
(Received 1 p.in.) LONDON, August 28,
The "Daily Herald" says it is reported that Mr. de Valera is going to Geneva at the head of the Free State delegation to the League. This will give him an opportunity to meet the delegations from the British Empire and give him a chance of informal conversations on the Anglo-Irish situation, without anything like arbitration, with other Dominions which might be helpful.
It would be a pity to miss such a chance, the paper states.
